Abstract Resumo
The debate on ecological crisis, alternatives for development, economies and epistemologies has been central in the discussions around Epistemologies of the South, decolonial approaches, political ecology and ecological economics, among other areas. This seminar will initiate a dialogue between the discussions on feminisms, post-colonialisms and alternative economies with the proposals developed mainly in Europe on economic degrowth. What are the tensions and possibilities of dialogues between different alternative economies (feminist, solidarity) and the construction of alternatives for development vis a vis the growing ecological crisis?
