About

The use of the Law and the Courts in the struggle against corruption is an urgency. But such a struggle cannot justify the destruction of the rule of law or the use of the Law and the Courts for the mere purpose of political intervention. In the context of the current discussion, in Portugal, of a strategy against corruption, it is important to confront the experience and debate in Portugal with the experiences in Brazil and Colombia.
